I am firmly against dieting, fads, quick-fixes and believe in a long-term lifestyle approach. There’s a reason over 90% of diets fail. I take a personalized lifestyle approach without any of the classic diet BS like restriction or deprivation.

Food freedom means having the ability to eat all foods without guilt, fear, or shame. I help women heal and have a better relationship with food so they can indulge and enjoy life again.

When it comes to food and calories, I focus on quality over quantity. I don’t believe in calorie counting or tracking but instead just focusing on eating nutrient dense, quality food.

As a Holistic Nutritionist, I look at the whole picture from stress to sleep, not just diet. I teach women how to integrate healthy habits in their life for optimal long-term health.

Balancing Blood Sugar & Diversifying Nutrients

Nutrients are the backbone of what our bodies survive on but many of us aren’t consuming them in the right ways or right amounts. I teach women how to do this so they can have more energy, better sleep, better cravings, and more.

Connecting with your body in a positive way is an important part of breaking free from dieting and taking control of your health. I help women learn how diet culture has disrupted their relationship with their bodies and how to heal from it.
