PreWorkout Supplement Without the Jitters

As an anxiety sufferer who no longer drinks coffee and limits her caffeine, it can be difficult for me to find preworkout supplements that don’t make me feel like my heart is going to explode. All of the ones I’ve tried in the past, always made my face flush or made my heart race!

FNX Reinforce Stimulant Free PreWorkout

Recently, I tried a new preworkout from the brand FNX who had an option for stimulant-free. I thought could it be?! I was so curious that of course I had to try it for myself. If anyone could tell if it was truly stimulant-free it was me. The Reinforce Stimulant Free Preworkout in the Raspberry flavor is what I decided to try.

The Taste

I mixed it with with water and ice in a shaker cup and gave it taste. The taste was surprisingly pleasant as well as sweet but not too much. Some preworkout supplements that I have tried in the past did not have great taste so this was a bonus. In addition, this powder also mixed in really well with water and didn’t leave big clumps. Those powders that never seem to mix into whatever liquid you put them in are the worst. Before starting my workout, I gave it 15 minutes or so to start working through my system so I could feel the full affects.

The Results

A few minutes into my workout I felt great and as though my stamina was boosted. As a result, I felt like I could stay on the treadmill forever. Most importantly, I didn’t feel flushed or hot and my heart wasn’t racing!! Hallelujah. I killed my workout and couldn’t be happier with the results of the preworkout. In addition, the supplement did not affect my ability to sleep that night. Many of the stimulant heavy preworkouts give me too much energy and interfere with my sleep.

Overall, I highly recommend FNX’s Reinforce Stimulant Free Preworkout, especially if you are sensitive to caffeine, have anxiety, or are just looking for a good new preworkout. Give it a try and use my code FWN15 for 15% off your order!

Do you have a stimulant free preworkout you love? Share it with me in the comments – I’d love to try it.
